An estimate quote can be sought from your stylist after an in-depth consultation over the phone and after sending us inspo pics, if required. We get it - life happens! Deposits and cancellation fees aren’t something we love talking about, but they’re essential to keeping our team busy and as many appointment options open for all. Perci Salon will always do our best to work with you on changes, but we need to ensure our stylists’ time is well spent and their schedules stay productive. Thanks so much for understanding!
CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We’ll send you a text a week before your appointment—just reply with Y (Yes), N (No), or Yes/No to confirm your spot. This is not a have a chat text line, to discuss or change your appointment please call or email us. Simple, right?
When you confirm your appointment, you’re confirming all services booked for that visit. Your time has been reserved specifically for those services so we can give you (and other Perci’s) the best possible experience.
Unsure what you’re booked in for, reach out - we’re always happy to check for you.
To lock in your appointment, we may ask for a deposit. You can pay over the phone or in person. Please note, your appointment isn’t confirmed until the deposit is sorted - we can’t hold times without it.
Deposits required:
Blow Dry: $50
Haircut: $100
Haircut & Colour: $150
Keratin & Nanoplast: $200
If you book online, the system will calculate a 60% deposit automatically.
Making changes
Any changes to your booking (including removing or adjusting services) can be made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes on the day.
Changes made within 24 hours - or on the day - will incur the following fees (payable on the day):
Blow Dry: $50
Haircut & Colour: $100
Keratin & Nanoplast: $200
For example, if you’re booked for a haircut & colour and decide on the day to only have a haircut, the time allocated for your colour has still been reserved just for you and can’t be reallocated at short notice - so the applicable fee will apply.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, don’t show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you wish to rebook, a new deposit will be required.
Awkward bits? Done. Boundaries? Clear. Now let’s move on to the fun part - which is making you look like a full-blown total Perci.

We know your time is precious, and so is ours. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Running more than 15 minutes late? Here’s what might happen:
We’ll try to find you a different stylist or colourist.
If we have to reschedule your appointment, it’ll count as a cancellation, and you will lose your deposit if you had paid one. You will also be required to pay the deposit for your new appointment in advance.

Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners & After Pay.
Payment for all services can be made by cash or any card you wish to use. Credit card surcharges apply and are listed in the salon.
If you can’t pay then you will be asked to complete the following tasks:
Vacuum and mop salon floor.
Launder the towels.
Make the mirror and glass shine like a diamond.

Please request a quote from your colourist during your consultation at the beginning of your appointment.
We will only provide a rough estimate of fees after seeing an inspo pic and a selfie so we can see what we’re quoting on. Please be aware you will be re-quoted in person on the day of your appointment and prices may vary following a face-to-face in-depth consultation in the salon.

Perci Salon is a relaxing place for adults. If a child is accompanying you please consider the following:
Salon furniture is professional use only.
Use headphones while using electronic devices.
Respect that we have allocated a certain amount of time to do your hair and if the supervision of a child takes up your appointment time, then some services may need to be forfeited or another stylist may need to complete services.
Please do not bring sick children to your appointment.
Personal items are always the responsibility of the client. Please consider the following:
We remove capes quickly and will not be responsible for the condition of your screen if your phone is resting on top of your cape.
Jewellery, handbags, purse/wallet and electronic equipment you have left unattended at the station.
Jewellery that comes loose while washing your hair or throughout a hairdressing service.
